Common Questions About Our Collection
Are your in-store and online collections the same?
Although we are actively adding to our online collection, our in-store shelves feature a wider selection of potted plants, Kokedamas, candles, and more.
When do you restock your inventory?
With soil in our hands and creativity in our hearts, we restock our inventory every Tuesday.
How long do your plants take to ship?
We strive to pack and ship our plants on Mondays but may ship on Tuesdays depending on the ebb and flow of our plant patrons and the time of year. We use USPS 2-Day Priority Mail shipping and recommend placing your order before Monday.
Do you offer additional services?
Yes! For existing plants, we offer in-store repotting services. Additionally, we offer gift-wrapping services for holidays, birthdays, special occasions, and more.
What if I have a problem with my order?
For any concerns or order issues, please reach out to us at tammy@my darlingflower.com within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order and 7 days of noticing health problems with your plant.
Do you offer returns?
Before stocking our shelves and shipping orders, we inspect our plants for pests, topical fungal diseases, root rot, and countless other common plant problems. In the unlikely event that your plant arrives in an unhealthy, unrecoverable condition, we will offer a refund policy. Please be sure to carefully and completely enter your delivery address, as we are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to entry mistakes.
Can I fly with plants?
Yes, you can bring plants on a plane. As a matter of fact, we’ll help make the process even easier with travel-ready packaging complete with a carrying handle.
Do you offer local deliveries?
Yes. We use third-party delivery providers to support local deliveries. Please note, that these services have separate delivery and service fees.
How closely will my plant resemble the pictures online?
Each and every KUBODE plant has a unique character. As a result, your plant may have a slightly different size, shape, and color than what is on our website. Before shipping, we offer individual plant pictures by request.
What are your average response times?
Depending on when you reach out, we could be planning out our newest design, crafting a new plant, or taking Scooby on a walk. In most cases, we will respond within 72 hours. As always, your patience is appreciated.

Refund and Order Cancellation Policy
1. **Scope:** This policy applies to all online and in-store purchases made at My Darling Flower. By making a purchase, customers agree to the terms set forth in this Refund and Order Cancellation Policy.
2. **Cancellation of Online Orders:** Customers may request to cancel their online order anytime before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, no cancellations will be allowed.
3. **Returns and Refunds for In-Store Purchases:** Items purchased in-store can be returned within 2 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
4. **Cancellation/Refund Fee:** For any canceled online order or returned in-store purchase, a processing fee of 3% of the purchase amount plus an additional $0.10 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers transactional and administrative costs
5. **Refund Process:** Once an order is canceled or an in-store item is returned, the refund (minus the applicable fees) will be processed within a week. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
6. **Exceptions:** Exceptions to this policy will be made at the discretion of My Darling Flower and may be based on specific circumstances. Customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team for any concerns related to order cancellations or in-store returns.
