Pricing
Tree
An 8ft with white lights. The tree will be decorated very similarly to last year with metallic ornaments/accents, we will mix in some darker tones and frosted white.
Finished with Christmas tree skirt.
Price $ 2,200.00
Wreath
A faux green 24” wreath will be hung in the indicated space. We will decorate the wreath with white lights and metallic accents. The wreath will be finished with a ribbon.
Price $ 235.00
Reception Desk Garland (25ft)
Faux traditional garland will be strung on the reception desk or any other specific area, decorated with metallic accents, white lights, and festive accents. This will complement back to the wreath and the tree.
Price $1,000.00

Installation $480.00 and takedown fee: $345.00 (no tax)
Client signature confirmation of approved installation is required upon installation completion.
The weekly floral arrangement will match back to holiday decor.
All items are rental. The client will be invoiced if something is not returned at the breakdown in January.
Install: Will be confirmed with signed agreements
Takedown: First week of January
Holiday Installation Terms and Conditions
Order Deadline: Orders must be confirmed and finalized by signed contract and 50% deposit no later than November 10, 2023.
Deposit & Payment Terms/Installation or Delivery Date Reservation: Holiday installation or delivery date cannot be secure without a 50% nonrefundable deposit received no later than November 10, 2023, for an order greater than $2,000 In the form of a credit card, or cash payment.
The remaining balance is due 30 days post-installation or delivery.
Power: All electrical power to support this installation is the responsibility of the customer. The client/engineering department will be responsible for bringing power to each display.
Stored Items: When items are packed and stored (when applicable) My Darling Flower is not responsible for any damage or losses that occur during the off-season.
Design Adjustment Clause: In the event the client feels the look does not suit their space, My Darling Flower agrees to slightly alter the design as directed. Any additional cost incurred relating to the change will be billed to the client.
Additional Services: Any product or service not detailed above will be priced and billed separately.
My Darling Flower Agrees: To provide to the best of its abilities, all arrangements, decor, and services for which My Darling Flower has been contracted, as outlined herein, but is not liable for any delays or changes caused by str
Likes, quarantine, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance, including acts of God.
Live Material Maintenance: Any maintenance rendered by My Darling Flower on live holiday materials such as but not limited to trees, poinsettias, and wreaths does not include a plant guarantee unless otherwise specified. Live materials are guaranteed for 3 days after installation.
Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds, credits, and/or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances on holiday orders.
Artistic License and Copyright: We reserve the right to artistic license in the design and production of our decorative elements. All ideas, plans, renderings, and descriptions, provided in conjunction with or incorporated within this contract are considered the property of and copyrighted by My Darling Flower. Reproduction or reuse of said ideas, plans, renderings, photographs, or descriptions is strictly prohibited.
Holiday Installation Terms and Conditions
My darling Flower reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time it feels that the obligations cannot be met. Liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid for the affected delivery or deliveries.
Applicable Tax: You agree that all prices provided to you to date and going forward are exclusive of taxes and that you will be required to pay sales and/or use taxes as applicable given the governmental jurisdiction.
Cancellations: Cancellation of any and all service visits must be made in writing 30 days prior to the scheduled day of delivery or maintenance.
Live Materials: You acknowledge that flowers and plants are natural products and, consequently, the longevity of any individual flower or plant, or of arrangements composed of flowers or plants, are subjected to a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, temperature and temperature fluctuations, humidity and humidity fluctuations, lighting and lighting fluctuations, natural lifespan of individual flower or plant varietals, frequency of watering, design style of arrangements, or configuration of individual varietals relative to other varietals within an arrangement. Further, you acknowledge that certain varietals of flowers and plants are particularly delicate and may require more or less frequent delivery or maintenance.
My Darling Flower makes no guarantees regarding the longevity of a given flower or plant or arrangement composed of flowers or plants. Unless explicitly indicated otherwise as part of a maintenance guarantee contract. My Darling Flower will not be responsible for complimentary replacements.
Substitutions: Not guarantee is given that specific flowers or plants will be available. Color and style will match as closely as possible. We reserve the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers or plants received are not the quality suitable for your delivery or are not available due to seasonality or other factors beyond our control.
Vases And Containers: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, My Darling Flower owns the vases or containers used in your deliveries. Should a vase or container be damaged or stolen while on-site at your property, My Darling Flower reserves the right to charge for a replacement.
Term And Conditions
This agreement contains the entire understanding between My Darling Flower and______________________________ It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to amend this agreement is to do so in writing, providing the document is signed by all relevant parties and received at least one month prior to the delivery date unless otherwise specified.
